This notice covers one thing: the email address you give us so we can tell you when JENEUVE launches. We do not run any other collection on this site.
[Legal entity name], [registered address], is the data controller. Write to privacy@jeneuve.com with any question about this notice or about your own data.
Our host also processes your IP address briefly in order to serve the page and block abuse. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site, and there is no tracking pixel.
We use your address to send you news about the launch, and nothing else. The lawful basis is your consent, under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Consent is the only basis we rely on here, which is why the box is not ticked for you.
Until you withdraw, or until two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.
Our email provider, [provider name], stores and sends the list on our instructions, and our host, Cloudflare, serves the page. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell or share your address, and no advertiser or data broker gets access to it.
Where a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, that transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
You can withdraw consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email we send or by writing to us. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct or erase it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. We will act on any of these without charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to us first or go straight to your national data protection authority. In Spain that is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top. If the change affects how we use your address, we will tell you by email before it takes effect.
